PHL accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express.
Low cost tests processed by Quest Diagnostics Laboratories include:

A 26-profile blood panel - $50 (a $750 value) includes total cholesterol, thyroid, calcium, protein, albumin, glucose, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, platelets, hemoglobin, and much more. A four-hour fast is recommended - water, plain tea or black coffee are the only suggested food or drinks. Take all prescribed medications.

Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) blood test for men - $30 ($115 value) screenings for prostate cancer. An annual PSA is recommended beginning at age 50 (age 40 for African American men). It is recommended that men planning to take this test refrain from ejaculation for 48 hours prior to testing.

CA-125 Blood Test for Women - $30 ($148 value) Cancer antigen test that may detect ovarian cancer. Note: It is possible to have ovarian cancer even if you have had a hysterectomy -- some ovarian tissue may remain in the body.

C - Reactive Protein Blood Test - $30 tests for increased CRP, a substance produced by the liver when increased inflammation is present in the body that may identify risk for caridovascular disease, heart attack or stroke. This test is NOT recommended for those with chronic inflammation such as arthritis.

H. Pylori Blood Test - $15 ($120 value) May detect ulcers, gastritis and other stomach ailments. Note: Once you have tested positive for H.Pylori, you will probably continue to test positive. This test is recommended for those experiencing stomach problems.

Iron - $5 ($36 value) Checks for levels of iron. Iron is a metal the body uses to make hemoglobin, the protein that carries oxygen to the cells.
